Project Cargo

Project cargo requires the coordination of complex and large-scale loads such as wind turbines, ship parts, refinery equipment, power plant components or complete production lines. SEGALOG manages feasibility, route surveys, equipment selection and operational execution from a single coordination point with its project engineering team.

Project engineering

Every project is unique. We develop dedicated route plans combining sea, land, air and river transport based on the weight, dimensions, sensitivity and delivery time of the cargo. Port selection, crane capacity, temporary storage, RoRo or breakbulk vessel selection processes are coordinated by our expert team.

Our capability for heavy-lift operations, modular hub storage, on-site assembly coordination and integrated work with client operation teams makes us a preferred partner in project cargo. We assign a Project Manager for each project to ensure single-point communication.
