Export operations are a technical process requiring accurate declaration and complete documentation. As SEGA Customs Services, with our customs broker team and foreign trade experts, we coordinate the entire process on your behalf from the preparation of the export declaration to the departure of the goods.

Export declaration registration through the BILGE system, HS Code verification, circulation document preparation (ATR, EUR.1, EUR-MED, ORIGIN), consular attestation follow-up, export e-invoice compliance and delivery process are all carried out by our expert team. We provide consultancy for companies holding the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate to benefit from its advantages.

We maximize your legislative advantages in special regimes such as export refunds (VAT refund), compensatory tax exemptions, exports within the Inward Processing Regime (IPR) and exports under investment incentives. All your export files are kept in the digital archive for 5 years.
